What is the shawl made of, and how big is it?

The Halvorsen Wool Shawl is a woven wool shawl. It measures approximately 70 cm by 180 cm (about 27.5 by 71 inches) and weighs around 400 grams. Small slubs in the weave are a natural feature of the yarn.

Which colors are available?

The shawl comes in five colors: Cream, Charcoal, Soft Sage, Dusty Rose, and Camel. Colors may look slightly different on screen than in person.

How do I care for my wool shawl?

Hand wash occasionally in cold water with a mild wool detergent. Do not wring, machine wash, or tumble dry. Gently press out the water, then dry the shawl flat in the air, away from direct heat and sunlight. Between washes, airing it out is usually enough.

Can I send it as a gift?

Yes. At checkout, you can add gift wrapping with a handwritten card for $9.99 USD.

Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?

We ship to addresses within the United States only, and shipping is free on every order. Orders ship from the warehouse of our logistics partner in China, with tracking, by international carriers such as YunExpress or 4PX. Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days, then delivered within 5 to 9 business days. See our Shipping Policy for details.

How can I track my order?

We email you a tracking number as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier. If you have not received it within 3 business days of placing your order, email support@thealbastore.com with your order number.

Can I return the shawl?

Yes. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. The shawl must be unused or lightly used and returned in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect. We offer 30-day returns. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely over encrypted connections by our payment service providers, and we never store your full card number. All prices are in US dollars, and the total shown at checkout is the amount charged.

Is this a subscription?

No. Every purchase is a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions, memberships, or trial offers, and your card is never charged on a recurring basis.
